Lbank trading, funding, and transfer decisions
Lbank gives account holders two principal market paths, spot and futures, plus routes for buying, depositing, and moving crypto. Each task starts with a different prerequisite: identity and payment eligibility for some fiat routes, an exact asset and network match for on-chain funding, available balance for spot orders, or sufficient margin for futures. Each route also has different commitment and completion points. A market order seeks immediate execution, while a limit order can wait. A P2P purchase moves from payment to escrow release, while an on-chain withdrawal moves from destination checks to network confirmation and recipient credit. Match the prerequisite first, then confirm completion in the order record, account balance, or blockchain transaction record.
UpdatedBottom line: Match account status, market rules, and network details before committing, then use the relevant record to verify completion.
Trading, funding, and transfer paths
The chosen route determines what the account needs before submission and where completion appears afterward. Fiat purchases begin with payment eligibility, exchange orders use balances and market rules, and blockchain transfers depend on compatible addresses and networks.
| Task path | Prerequisite and action | Record or fallback |
|---|---|---|
| One-Click Buy | Complete identity checks when prompted, then review the payment method, displayed fee, quoted amount, and any provider shown. | Check One-Click Buy order history and the credited account balance; unresolved provider-based orders follow the provider or support process. |
| P2P purchase | Select an eligible payment method and matching advertisement, pay the seller, then mark the order as paid. | Escrow release credits the balance; order chat and appeal remain available if release stalls. |
| On-chain deposit | Match the supported asset, network, deposit address, required memo or tag, and displayed minimum. | Check deposit history and the credited balance after required confirmations; recovery from a mismatch is not assured. |
| Spot limit order | Meet the pair rules and set the price and quantity; the order may wait on the book. | Open-order status remains for the unfilled quantity until it fills or is canceled, while trade history records each executed quantity. |
| Spot market order | Meet the pair rules and submit a quantity for matching against the best available orders. | Trade history lists each fill, while the average execution price reflects the liquidity available when the order matched. |
| Futures position | Select a supported contract, margin, leverage, and margin mode; maintenance margin governs liquidation risk. | Position and order records show exposure; forced liquidation may reduce or close the position and cancel open orders. |
| On-chain withdrawal | Match the asset, network, recipient address, security checks, and live amount after fees. | Use withdrawal history and the transaction hash; destination credit also depends on network confirmation and recipient processing. |
These paths can connect without becoming the same transaction. A completed purchase or deposit can fund a later trade, while a filled trade changes the balance available for transfer. Each new action creates its own record and should be judged by that record.
Prerequisites define the available action
Prerequisites are route-specific. Account access alone does not establish payment eligibility, network compatibility, order-size compliance, or enough margin. The live task screen shows the variables controlling submission, so a successful action on one route does not prove another route is ready.
Account and identity state
Identity verification affects fiat purchase and P2P access, while regional or payment-method restrictions can remove an offer. A selected payment provider may apply separate checks. Confirm the available method and quoted result before accepting the transaction.
Asset and network compatibility
An on-chain deposit or withdrawal requires the same asset and network on both sides. The address must fit the selected network, and any memo or tag shown by the receiving side belongs with the transfer. A familiar ticker cannot resolve an incompatible route.
Balance and margin
Spot orders need an available balance and must satisfy the selected pair's live quantity and price rules. Futures add margin, leverage, position size, and margin mode. Those variables affect both order eligibility and the position's tolerance for adverse movement.
Matching the prerequisite reduces avoidable failures, but it does not promise execution. Liquidity, provider processing, network confirmations, and recipient crediting remain separate stages.
What commits a spot trade?
Submission does not mean every spot order has traded. Lbank spot trading supports limit, market, OCO, and trigger orders. Their commitment points differ: a market order seeks immediate matching, while a resting limit order remains changeable until it fills or the user cancels it.
Market and limit execution
A market order trades against available orders, so its final average can differ from the price visible before submission. A limit order sets a boundary, yet it may remain open if the market never reaches suitable liquidity. Partial fills leave only the unfilled quantity open.
Conditional orders
A trigger order creates the selected limit or market instruction after its trigger condition is reached. A one-cancels-the-other (OCO) order combines a limit order with a stop order. When the limit order executes or the stop order triggers, the other instruction is canceled. Activation still does not guarantee a fill when liquidity or price conditions prevent execution.
Futures make margin the central constraint
Margin determines whether a futures position can remain open. Lbank uses a tiered maintenance-margin mechanism and mark price in its liquidation process. If the margin balance no longer meets the required level, the system can reduce or close the position. Open orders may also be canceled during liquidation.
Cross margin shares a margin pool among cross positions, so one losing position can affect others using that pool. Isolated margin confines the assigned margin to one position. Before opening either type, inspect the live leverage tier, maintenance requirement, order limits, and fees for the selected contract.
How should a deposit be matched?
Both ends must use the same asset and network, followed by the exact address and any memo or tag the deposit screen requires. The sending wallet or platform should show the same route before the transfer is authorized. Similar asset names do not make two networks interchangeable.
The deposit page displays the applicable minimum and required confirmation count. An amount below the displayed minimum will not be credited. A missing memo, wrong network, or unsupported address can also prevent automatic crediting, and recovery is not guaranteed. Keep the transaction hash and submitted details if the transfer needs investigation.
Withdrawal routes use different settlement records
Two transfer models lead to different evidence. An on-chain withdrawal produces a blockchain record after broadcast, while an internal transfer remains within the platform and uses an account identifier.
On-chain withdrawal
Match the destination's asset, network, address, and any additional identifier before submitting security verification. Once broadcast, the withdrawal record exposes a transaction hash. A confirmed transaction still may wait for the receiving service to apply its own crediting rules.
Internal transfer
An internal transfer can identify another account by user ID (UID), email, or phone number. It does not wait for blockchain confirmation, so the platform's transfer record is the relevant evidence. The first internal transfer requires Google Authenticator to be linked.
Address controls
Address Whitelist Mode restricts withdrawals to destinations saved in the address book. If New Address Withdrawal Lock is enabled, a newly added address cannot receive a withdrawal for 24 hours. These controls limit address use, but they do not prove the recipient owns the destination or selected the intended network.
Which record confirms completion?
Use the record belonging to the action, not an earlier event. A payment receipt documents the payment step, but it does not prove escrow release. An order fill proves a trade, not an external withdrawal. A transaction hash identifies the blockchain transaction and lets you check its status, but it does not prove destination credit. If expected and observed states differ, locate the first missing event and retain its order ID, transfer record, or transaction hash for the relevant support process.
Additional products and account controls
Earn and copy trading extend the account beyond direct orders, while API access can automate trading. Each path has separate product terms, permissions, and exit conditions. Enable two-factor authentication and an anti-phishing code, keep the authenticator backup offline, and grant API keys only the permissions they need. Disabling withdrawals on a trading key limits one route an attacker could use, but it cannot repair a mistaken transfer.
Details worth knowing about Lbank
Does Lbank require KYC for a one-click crypto purchase?
Yes. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required when the one-click flow finds it incomplete, and the selected payment provider may apply separate eligibility checks. Review the provider, payment method, quoted amount, and fee before confirming. For a provider-based purchase, the provider processes the fiat transaction, while the resulting crypto is credited to the Lbank account after the order completes.
What happens if a P2P seller does not release crypto after payment?
After sending payment and marking the order as paid, use the order chat if needed and submit an appeal if the seller does not release the crypto. Escrow holds the crypto during the order, and support can review the evidence. Keep the payment receipt and order details available, and do not send a second payment or move the discussion outside the order.
Can I cancel a P2P order after sending payment?
Do not cancel merely because release is delayed after payment. Cancellation can conflict with the fact the seller already received the funds. Continue through the order chat or appeal, and cancel only after the seller has fully refunded the payment. The relevant distinction is whether money moved, not whether the crypto has reached the account yet.
Why can a newly added withdrawal address be temporarily unavailable?
An enabled New Address Withdrawal Lock blocks newly added addresses for 24 hours. This setting adds a waiting period before those destinations can receive withdrawals. Whitelist mode is separate: when enabled, withdrawals can go only to addresses in the address book. A temporary block can therefore reflect the account's protection settings rather than a blockchain failure.
Do I need the original authenticator device to reset two-factor authentication?
No. A saved setup key can restore the authenticator on a new device. When the original authenticator is unavailable, the reset can use eligible linked security methods, identity checks, or a support request, depending on account state. A 24-hour security restriction disables withdrawals and fiat transactions after the authenticator is changed.
How are maker and taker roles assigned on Lbank?
The role follows execution behavior. An order adding liquidity to the order book is a maker for its later fills. An order executing immediately against resting liquidity is a taker for those fills. A limit order can therefore receive maker or taker treatment depending on whether it rests first or matches immediately; the live fee panel shows the applicable rates.
Can a missing memo or tag deposit always be recovered?
No. A missing or incorrect memo or tag can prevent the system from assigning the deposit to the correct account. Support may review a recovery request with the transaction details, but recovery is not guaranteed. If the destination address does not belong to Lbank, the address owner or receiving service controls any available remedy.
